  • Are time slots flexible?
    Flexibility is available on Monday - Friday and Sunday Saturday are split into 2 timeframes: Brunch: 10-4/11-5 Night: 6pm-12am/7pm-1am Full Day: 12pm-12am
  • How much does it cost?

  • Is decor included?
    Decor options are available for an additional cost. You can bring in your own decor. Glitter, confetti, sparklers, uncovered flames, and taping items to the walls is not allowed.
  • How do I schedule a tour?
    Complete our GES Inquiry Form https://www.galleryeventsstudio.com/contact-us. You will be prompted to schedule a tour upon completion of your form.
  • How do I book my event date?
    Complete our GES Inquiry Form https://www.galleryeventsstudio.com/contact-us. Schedule a Tour. Pay 50% of the total of your proposal. Balance is due 4 weeks before your event. If event date is less than 31 days away, proposal balance must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • What is an incidental fee?
    An incidental fee is used to fulfill payment for any damages that occur throughout the duration of your event.
  • When is my incidental fee refunded?
    Incidental fees are refunded 24 - 48hours after your event.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All payments are final. Incidental fees are refundable contingent upon return the space to the same manner in which it was received.
  • How do I check in and check out on event day?
    A GES Associate will be present at your event. They will review the check-in/out procedures with you.
  • Will staff be on-site?
    Yes, a GES Associate will be on site. Security is required for ALL events after 6pm. We have a security team in place.
  • Am I allowed to have a DJ?
    DJ’s are allowed. We ask that DJs utilize 1 speaker throughout the duration of the event.
  • Is alcohol allowed?
    We are a BYOB establishment. Beer, Wine, Champagne, Wine Coolers, Sangria is permissible. All other forms of alcohol require a bartender.
  • Do you provide catering?
    We do not provide catering. Catered food is allowed.
  • Is there onsite parking?
    Yes! We have an on-site parking lot and ample street parking.
  • Do you have an elevator?
    Yes! An elevator is on premises.
